From My House On T. Sunday, June 15, 2014. We took our family vacation to Tennessee. We had a great time. Spent time with my brother and his family. The aquarium was our first adventure. Mini golf was a blast. This was the first time for our kids and they say they definitely want to do it again. My brother's little girls did great. It was hot that day, but they were great troopers. We did get a hike in on our last day in Tennessee. Found a red salamander. On our way home we stopped at the Creation Museum.

From My House On T. Sunday, November 10, 2013. This month we went on a field trip to the Fossil Park in Rockford, IA. This is a cool place if you love looking for fossils. They were very easy to find. We had taken a shovel, but didn't need one. We made it to a corn maze. This was the best one I have been to. We were given a list of things to find. They are her youth directors and have become VERY close to her. She calls them Dad and Mom. Her 18th birthday was last week and Saturday Jason and Dawn gave her a surprise birthday party. S one of my closest friends and I have known Dawn and Jason since they were very young. It was SO much fun surprising this precious lady! What a big smile!

Monday, June 3, 2013. Since my surgery, almost four weeks ago, I have been pretty much recovering at home. I have only gone to therapy and so I have REALLY missed my church family. Saturday some friends were playing for a wedding down our way so the girls decided to leave early and come visit with me. What a special time.
