MDMP and the new staff, Steps 3, 4 and 5. February 6, 2015. February 6, 2015. These are my thoughts after completing 3 steps of MDMP in 3 days with little sleep. Our next drill weekend will consist of the final 2 steps of MDMP in preparation for our Squadron’s CPX and a Brigade Warfighter exercise. I will continue to update the reader on these as we go through these to help other National Guard staffs with lessons learned and fun entities we experienced during our growth as a staff.
