September 7, 2014. So, on Thursday, the plan was to have all latrines done, all latrine checks done and important information handed out, as well as the environmental project finished. On Wednesday we had taken all the 100s of tools back to the Alcaldía with us on the roof of our cranky bus in the pouring rain down the bumpy dirt track.
