Slow Cooker Raspberry and Cream Chicken. Here it is, the first recipe from the brick barn! I have to give a thank you to a good friend of mine, Bruce Kjar, for his dutch oven recipe that gave me the inspiration for this recipe. Slow Cooker Raspberry and Cream Chicken. 4-8 Frozen Chicken Breasts. 1/2 cup of Raspberry Preserves. 1 Can of Crushed Pineapple. 1 Block of Cream Cheese (I used the 1/3 fat Philadelphia and it was great! 1 Can of Evaporated Milk. 1 small box of Raspberry Jello. Wednesday, November 19, 2014. 37 Weeks.Round 2! Can you believe I only have three weeks. Left until my due date! Meanwhile we have had tons of fun speculating gender as we decorate for the holidays and gear up for Thanksgiving next week. I am way more comfortable since it is cooling down here in AZ - we've been in the 50-70 degree range these last weeks so life is really good right now! The highlight of the last couple weeks was definitely going to the Arizona State Fair. And it was really beautiful!
