Thursday, July 24, 2014. A Little Cousin Time in Michigan. We stopped at Ben's sister's house in Michigan on our way home from Jersey. The kids enjoyed one last vacation hoorah as they played with cousins, swam, stayed up to ridiculous hours, picked berries, ate candy by the pool, and had an all-around great time. We even came away with an awesome new "float" for our pool! Tuesday, July 22, 2014. A little glimpse into yet another wonderful vacation in OC. Already looking forward to next year!

Tuesday, March 31, 2015. We have several large, builder grade mirrors in our house. I'm not particularly fond of these mirrors, but it seems like a waste (not to mention a huge hassle) to replace them. So, I decided to frame them using trim and crown molding. Wednesday, December 17, 2014. This first year absolutely flew by! Tuesday, December 16, 2014. The Griswold Family Christmas Tree. Normally, I love our Christmas tree.the wonderful smell, the glowing lights, the beautiful decorations. It took these guys about 30 minutes to get this thing through the front door. Then it kept tipping over, so we had to cut about two feet off the bottom. This resulted in our tree looking like a fat bush. The next day, it fell over when I tried to put the tree skirt under it.
