View from the Front Desk. Friday, July 22, 2011. BIKE TRIP - DAY 22. BIKE TRIP - DAY 22. Arrived in Flagstaff, AZ yesterday afternoon after a week at the Grand Canyon. What a wonderful adventure - the ride, the places, the people, the peace, wouldn't trade the experience for the world. The before leaving, I did a 12 mile round-trip hike to Plateau Point in the Canyon. 120 degrees at the point. But worth it. Still on an adventure . . . the adventure is called life. View from the Front Desk. Tuesday, August 2, 2011. BIKE TRIP - DAY 31. DAY 31 - TRIP. July 29 - 31. July 29 - Officially left Steamboat for Winter Park. Camped two nights at Stagecoach State Park (Wed and Thurs nights) - got into Steamboat on Wednesday the 27th. Was very sad to be driving into Steamboat and realizing this adventure was coming to an end - but a new adventure would be beginning soon. July 31 - Hiked to lake - different way to view the continental divide - last few times were on the bike.

View from the Front Desk. Sunday, June 7, 2015. On a recent visit to OKC, to celebrate Dad's 90th birthday with family, Cohen and I went with Abby to an OKC Dodger game. In the 8th inning, Leonel Perez - Iowa Cub first base coach, threw us a ball. Cohen was so excited. At 19 months, already loves the game. It was a great time. He and Abby will be heading out to SoCal in July for our annual Red Sox trip. CAN"T WAIT. He got his first bat and ball at the game too. He's ready to play! Wish you lived closer.
