"SQUEEET": Happy New Year and Ribeye Roast
http://bmgarnerseat.blogspot.com/2008/12/happy-new-year.html
Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Happy New Year and Ribeye Roast. The wine, red, was from a local winery, Felicitas, which was a Christmas gift from my sister and brother-in-law. Once the meat reaches 135 degrees, remove from oven...

8220;Probably one of the most private things in the world is an egg until it is broken.” M.F.K. Fisher. Sunday, October 21, 2007. L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Paris. Among my friends who I eat with regularly, B. is known to be difficult to impress. I can't remember the last time I was able to pick a place that really "wowed" him. Would a three Michelin star chef's signature dish, like Guy Savoy's famed artichoke and truffle soup impress B? The other thing that works here is of course, the food. If the ...

I'm not a wine expert, and I am a light weight when it comes to alcohol. There is a reasonable selection of wines available by the glass, and I enjoyed starting things off with the Ruinart Rosé NV champagne from Reims. He Who Travels: Twist @ MO LV - Second Visit
http://hewhotravels.blogspot.com/2010/02/twist-mo-lv-second-visit.html
8220;Probably one of the most private things in the world is an egg until it is broken.” M.F.K. Fisher. Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Twist @ MO LV - Second Visit. My second visit to Twist was much more approachable than the tasting menu I enjoyed on my first visit- which I thoroughly enjoyed- but may be too adventurous for some eaters. For those eaters who are afraid of excessive innovation, I suggest the a la carte menu, for which there are excellent choices that should please everyone at the table.
