Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Fall has set in. One day the leaves were green and then next day they were multicolored and falling to the ground. The temperature has been about 10 degrees lower lately. It's very exciting. Winter should be coming very soon. Everyday I check the top of the Chugach mountains to see if there is snow. Repeatedly or comment to strangers about how beautiful it was. And gave me some moolah to buy myself a sweet jacket for the snow. I'm thinking something colorful.

Wednesday, September 01, 2010. Back to the real world. Now I'm back at work where things have changed a little. Everyone is back in school and I'm not. It's quite sad. so I went ahead and applied to the University of Alaska Anchorage for next semester as a Natural Science major. Biology, Chemistry and Astronomy, here I come! Also, I got a sort of promotion. Starting Sunday I'll be the new lead cashier. No more selling shoes for me! I get a fancy key, a pay raise and benefits! September 3, 2010 at 10:31 AM.

Saturday, August 21, 2010. I finally have a week off from work - because my friends are here! First we drove down Seward Highway. We went to downtown Seward, had some Halibut, Caribou, and Rockfish for lunch. Afterwards we skipped stones and walked along the boardwalk. After we drove back, we climbed Flat Top to watch the sun set. It was glorious. I was invincible in that moment. I showed the guys how to use my bear spray. I'm so cool. That's me. on the 27 mile long Matanuska Glacier.
