Friday, March 30, 2012. 1 more week to go! This has definitely been the hardest sacrifice I have made for Lent but it wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. It definitely made me realize what I put in my body and what I SHOULDN'T put in my body anymore! I definitely will no longer buy soda as a staple in our house (not even diet). This is a different twist to traditional lasagna. 189; package lasagna sheets (cooked). 1 small tub of fat free ricotta cheese. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp favorite herb (I love rosmary or basil, or use ½ tsp each). 189; tsp nutmeg. 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. Any type of meat or veggie you like. Jar of favorite marinara sauce. 189; cup of lowfat alfredo sauce. 1 loaf of French bread.
