Needless to say, running is a big part of how I stay active. I enjoy my heart pumping and sweat dripping down my face. I also do weight training to tone my arms, legs, and abs. A typical week at the gym looks like this for me:. 20 jump squats 3X. 15 kick backs (each leg) 3X. 15 kick back standing with weights (each leg) 3X. 1 minute wall sit 3X. Some sort of abdominal variation. 15 bicep curls 3X. 20 tricep dips 3X. Some sort of plank variation. Sunday- I will take a long run on the treadmill- 5-7 miles.
