Found in the milk cooler I made a great fruit smoothie with frozen papaya, mango, bananas, and strawberries and about a cup of the coconut milk. The ingredients here are again, all relative depending on the serving size you want. 1/2 C dk. brown sugar. 4 oz finely chopped pecans. 1 Bake the potatoes with skins on until fully cooked (about 1- 1.5 hours). 2 Remove potatoes from oven and immediately slice the long way to release the steam. Top the mash with a spoonful of the topping and serve!
