Unrolling the mat in my mind. Today i promise to remember grace, following the beat of my heart. Let it be slow and kind to each rising moment. As i readily swallow what life has for me to drink. I crumble some days remembering me. Forgetting i learned the hardest lessons without my parents guide. I forget to puff out my chest and forward the notes from my past into the right here and now.
