Saturday, 23 January 2016. Day 2 - Swollen. I have been spraying the saline solution every hour as advised. Washed by spraying the s hampoo with Iso-Betadine, massaging only the donor area. Tuesday, 26 January 2016. Day 5 - Healing process. The donor area looks almost perfect and it doesn't hurt as much as in the last days. The recipient area is drying pretty well and looks less reddish. The scabs are forming all around. Monday, 1 February 2016. Day 10 - Major breakthrough. Today is a special day for many reasons. The little pain I had once in a while in the donor area is totally gone, no more painkillers needed. Unnoticeable: Finally I don't need to wear a hat or anything to go outside. The recipient area is still pinkish but only noticeable at a close look. Thursday, 28 January 2016. Day 8 - First week. One full week has passed since the HT. I have recovered the sensitivity in the whole head. I still have some pain in the donor area, it's very sensitive, specially in the evening, before bed and when I wake up. Friday, 22 January 2016. Day 1 - Recovery. I slept fairly well, without any pain. As instructed by the Doctor I slept with several pillows under my head in order to prevent swelling. I was afraid to wake up with my face all swollen and with an oedema like I have seen in some blogs but I had nothing at all. The nurse also taught me how to wash my head and the regimen for the next days:. First day: 1 full tablet. Second and third days: ½ tablet. Fourth and fifth days: ¼ tablet. Oh yes, fresh! Oh yes, fresh!
