最近、UIについて考えたりアウトプットする事が多いのですが、その度に UIってむずかしいなぁ なんて事を漠然と思っているのですが、ふと何が難しいのかな と思ったとき、明確な答えが案外無い事に気がついたわけであります。 まあ、僕にUIやUXに関する専門性が無いと言うのも、明確な課題を見つけられない理由なのかも知れませんが、実は 難しい と思うことで思考停止しちゃっている部分があるのでは無いかな とか、そんな風にも思います。 最近巷では ユーザーに価値あるコンテンツを提供して…云々 と言う言葉を良く聞きますね。 じゃあ、そんなガツガツ興味や関心が変動するユーザーに対して、良い感じで ああ、これ価値あるしー さいこー って思ってもらえるコンテンツを提供する事って可能なのでしょうか. あれ なんか、ある程度ユーザーを行動ベースでセグメントする事で価値を最適化する話になってしまいましたが、言いたかったのは価値は変動するんだぜ たぶんな って事です。 そう考えると、常に 世の中の常識 や 普通 と言われる物事を疑ってかからないと、何か大事なものを見落としそうだなぁとか、そんな事を思いました。
