Wednesday, 19 August 2009. The weekend past was the Aberfeldy. And Scottish Middle distance championships. It was going to. Be my first middle distance race of the year and only really decided to do it to get some race practice for the ITU. World Long Distance Championships. In Perth, Australia on 25 th. Friday, 23 October 2009. Gold Coast no more. Well my time on the Gold. Coast has finally come to an end, it's been a great 7 weeks there with loads of great training and sightseeing. My last week and a half on the GC. Were pretty jam packed training, a 2 day trip to Frazer Island and helping. Out at a local charity triathlon race in aid of breast cancer. After I got back from my trip to Frazer. Guy's in the local wetlands. Climb which i did earlier in my stay, but this time I took my camera to capture.

Monday, 17 May 2010. Some day you have it some days you don't. After my last race in Gala I decided to get a good two weeks of training in before my next bout of races. The two weeks training were great with some excellent session from a 22mile run, and the start of my run most loved run session, the BEAST! An 18km off road fartlek. Saturday, 7 August 2010. The short and long of last week. Last week I raced over the short 3x1mile run relay at the meadows midweek and then the Long hard Durty.
