Antonio's Portfolio: Artist Statment
http://fullforcehooper.blogspot.com/2008/12/artist-statment.html
Tuesday, December 9, 2008. I feel very proud of my portfolio because I have learned a lot of different things, at the beginning of the year I didn’t know anything about Photoshop besides that you can do things different to the picture, and know seeing how far I have come I am very happy. Places that I have seen improvement is just in my ability to take pictures when we first started I took pictures of things that weren’t really artistic, and now I have a new vision so I take more then one picture a...

Antonio's Portfolio: Haunted Chavez
http://fullforcehooper.blogspot.com/2008/11/haunted-chavez.html
Thursday, November 13, 2008. In this project we have to portray a "Haunted Chavez" by taking a setting from our school and making it into a haunted setting. My idea was to have kids hanging out enjoying lunch and to have a ghost standing behind the pole looking back at the kids without them realizing it, I also wanted the ghost to come out in the picture to make the audience wonder whether she was dead or not or make them think something else. Antonio's Portfolio: Extreme Angles
http://fullforcehooper.blogspot.com/2008/09/extreme-angles.html
Friday, September 5, 2008. In order to get my extreme angle I had to get on one knee and I had to point the camera at a upward position. Some things that I liked in my picture was how it looked in black and white and also how Melissa was looking downward to the ground with a serious face as if she was going to jump off the top of it, it shows emotion in the way that she is only holding on by finger tips on the pole. Antonio's Portfolio: Critique: Parkeharrison's "Guardian"
http://fullforcehooper.blogspot.com/2008/11/in-lonely-cut-down-forest-stands-man.html
Thursday, November 13, 2008. In a lonely, cut down forest, stands a man, crouched over as if he is trying to find his balance, standing high on two wooden beams, he has attached many branches as if to make wings for himself, as he try’s to escape the darkness that is closing in on him. The whites and grays from the middle of the picture move you to the emphasis of the picture of the man who is wearing a dark suit. November 19, 2008 at 11:52 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Jesus's Portfolio: Balance: Asymmetrical Vs. Symmetrical
http://hrahs.blogspot.com/2009/01/balance-asymmetrical-vs-symmetrical.html
Wednesday, January 14, 2009. Balance: Asymmetrical Vs. Symmetrical. Symmetrical balance is when the composition is almost perfectly balanced. Asymmetrical balance is when the photo is not necessarily symmetrical but the colors objects in the photo makes the photo look even. I think that visual balance is important because when it has a balance the viewers eye doesn't. Have a hard time trying to understand the composition but when it isn't. Balanced it sometimes gets hard for the viewer.
Jesus's Portfolio: Guardian
http://hrahs.blogspot.com/2008/11/in-dark-and-burned-down-forest-lives.html
Thursday, November 13, 2008. In a dark and burned down forest lives a man who believes that he can be part of nature. With nothing else to do with himself he decided to make himself a tree with branches as arms and using other pieces of wood to make himself taller. As the haunting fog tried to consume him he tries to escape it by elevating high enough so that the fog doesn’t reach him. What do you make wings out of? November 18, 2008 at 5:01 PM. Jesus's Portfolio: Leading Lines
http://hrahs.blogspot.com/2008/09/leading-lines.html
Friday, September 5, 2008. Leading lines are mostly used to lead the audience to the subject or emphasis. Leading lines can also create depth and perspective to an image. Another thing that leading lines are able to do are show distance throughout a picture. In my picture I used the pole as a leading line to guide the audience to my emphasis which is Luis. There is also the shadow which made a leading lines which leads to the shadow of Luis. This jesus is the best picture ever because im in it.
Jesus's Portfolio: Self Portraits
http://hrahs.blogspot.com/2008/09/self-portraits.html
Tuesday, September 23, 2008. Feels when he gets no play time so I did that by sitting on the bench by myself looking stressed out. On. The last time I just wanted to have some fun with the project so I took a photo were it looks like I am peeing on the corner of the stadium while looking around the corner to make sure that security wasn't coming. I feel that the rule of thirds picture was the most successful. Because it looks like it's just me, the ball, and the court and that no ones around and that's.

Jesus's Portfolio: Cropping
http://hrahs.blogspot.com/2008/09/cropping-is-trick-that-photographers-do.html
Thursday, September 11, 2008. Cropping is a trick that photographers do all the time, even if they don't realize it. Every time a photographer chooses to cut something out of his/her frame, before they snap the photo, that is in essence cropping. We also have learned tools on Photo shop. That allow us to crop an image after we have taken it. When cropping in Photo shop. It is possible to improve our composition or change it completely. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Jesus's Portfolio: Frames
http://hrahs.blogspot.com/2009/01/frames.html
Thursday, January 15, 2009. I like my first picture better. One reason why I like it better is because it isn't blurry like the second one. Also because it has more of an artistic feel than the second one. The lighting is also so much better that it makes the photo in general better. I think that the lighting and that w ay th. Genesis Portfolio: Balance: Asymetrical V.S Symmetrical
http://gen-101.blogspot.com/2009/01/balance-asymetrical-vs-symmetrical.html
Sunday, January 11, 2009. Balance: Asymetrical V.S Symmetrical. Well to me symmetrical means evened out or balanced out. And Asymmetrical means unbalanced but at the same time easy to see and not weird. Looking. I think visual balance is important because most of the time it makes a picture look artistically.
