Gluten free*, dairy free, soy free, sugar free, low fructose, egg free, vegetarian/vegan and carb conscious eaters. 188; cup of non-contaminated Instant Oats*. Cup of Desiccated Coconut. 189; cup of Ground Pecans (I use a coffee grinder). 188; cup of Slivered Almonds. 270ml can of Coconut Cream (or coconut milk if you prefer). Full of Beans Photography. Almond and date dough cookies. 1 pinch of salt. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 3 tbs orange juice. Zest of one orange. In one bowl put the flour, semolina and butter cut in small cubes and at room temperature and add the salt. Mix all well until it forms into dough . Cover the dough ball and put in the fridge. Meanwhile chop finely the dates in a food processor adding the orange zest and juice, add the almonds and form a paste. Heat the oven at 200 degrees . 200gr manteiga sem sal.

This is another Workman Art's show and it runs for the entire month of March until April 8th.
