As I prepared for dance class, Micah and I were running outside playing with our new puppy, and it dawned on me.the best way for us to stay fit is to "Just Do It". Nike sure did know what they were doing when they coined that oh so popular phrase. So, what does this have to do with The Daniel Plan? Well, if we have kids or grandkids, we all know that they sure can keep us busy and always on the go. Get creative! A timeslot before or after dinner?

I mean sure, its easy to go to the cupboard and pull out that box of Thin Mints or dip your hands into that bag of Halloween candy, but after the fact, you feel icky and unsatisfied. Thanks to The Daniel Plan, I found ways to serve my family fun sweets without feeling terrible about what I am giving them.
