Twirled with our tutus. 1 16 oz box of cornstarch. 2 ½ cups water. Food coloring or powdered tempera paint. Stir past th e ooblek stage and it'll become like milk. I poured it into a muffin tin, then added the coloring. The chalks will need occasional stirring. Fairy Bite Cookies -. I found the recipe: HERE!
