Afvullen

Het afvullen van vloeistof in kunststof of aluminium flacons is ook een tak van sport waar Ferdisign zich mee bezighoudt. Van het afvullen in flacons alleen tot het verpakken met doekjes in doosjes of display's. Tevens heb ik, op aanvraag, een doseerunit ontwikkeld waarmee direct uit een vat afgevuld kan worden tot de gewenste hoeveelheid. In theorie is het mogelijk om van een tankauto direct in vaten af te vullen, afhankelijk van het formaat van de pomp. Twitter is aan het laden.
LED OBJECT

Exclusieve geschenken vormen een steeds belangrijker onderdeel van mijn bedrijf. Ik probeer het altijd zo te ontwerpen dat het geschenk het verhaal zelf verteld. Van een LED object tot klokken van maximaal 120 cm doorsnede, met of zonder kunst. Ik gebruik daar o.a. de materialen polystyreen, acrylaat, PLA, Acryl verf voor. De lampen zijn voorzien van LED of een E14 fitting (spaarlamp). De lampen kunnen ook in de door de klant gewenst afmeting worden gemaakt. In de webshop www.functionalart.nl.
Klokken

Alu frame afm. 60x12 cm handgeschilderd genummerd en gesigneerd. Strakke klok zwart/wit met chromen details en opgelegde tijdsaanduiding. 94 x 26 x 4 cm. Klokken zijn het hart van mijn bedrijf, daar is het allemaal mee begonnen. Van een wekker tot klokken van 120 cm doorsnede, van een klok met kunst tot kunst met een klok. Ik gebruik veel materialen zoals onder andere polystyreen, acrylaat, PLA, MDF en populierentriplex. Maar ook 15.000 klokken voor Douwe Egberts. Dus heeft u een mooi logo?

Sinds enige tijd is Ferdisign in het bezit van een 3D printer. Dit project is in eerste instantie opgestart om in de eigen behoefte te voorzien m.b.t. het maken van wijzers en cijfers. Nadat we onze eerste wijzers hadden geprint kregen we ook al vragen van klanten of wij ook misschien voor hun. Bepaalde zaken zouden kunnen maken. Op alle gebied kunnen wij producten printen in zowel PLA (afbreekbaar zetmeel). Tevens zijn er een groot aantal kleuren beschikbaar. Het maximale werkbereik is 200 x 200 x 200 mm.
Zuilen/sokkels

95 x 26 x 26 cm. Nadat wij de eerste zuilen hadden gemaakt en verkocht en we door winkelstraten liepen zagen wij pas. Hoe gigantisch veel zuilen/sokkels en kubussen er alleen al in de detailhandel worden gebruikt. Het materiaal wat het meest wordt gebruikt is MDF. Goed materiaal om rechte dingen te maken, redelijk af te werken maar zwaar en kwetsbaar (afschilveren bij stoten). Omdat wij de zuilen van kunststof maken is het gewicht aanzienlijk lager.
