Listed below are cell lines transduced with human TRC library. Excel spreadsheets containing average reads for individual shRNA clones of TRC1 / 1.5 library can be found on the. HCT116 is a human colorectal carcinoma (adherent epithelial) cell line. This line has a mutation in codon 13 of the ras proto-oncogene. It was routinely cultured in McCoy’s 5a Medium (M9309; Sigma), 10 % fetal bovine serum and 1X Antibiotic-Antimycotic (Cellgro). A549 is a human lung carcinoma (adherent epithelial) cell line.
