Cream all these ingredients well in a mixing bowl. Dissolve 1 tsp soda in a Tb hot water. Friday, February 06, 2015. For those who know me, I love mexican food. I never seem to tire of the tastes and smells that come with making mexican food. I found a recipe called Bubble Up Enchiladas. And knew I had to try them. I use ground turkey, but you can make this with ground beef also. Brown the meat. Add in your choice of ingredients. I chose green chilies, black beans and corn. I only used half a can of the black beans and corn. I also used only half of the enchilada sauce. 1/2 can black beans.

Wednesday, February 04, 2015. This was one of the best zucchini breads I've ever had. The original recipe was found here. 1 tsp baking soda. 2 c grated zucchini. 1/4 tsp. baking powder. I used 3 zucchini. I used my mandolin and used the smallest grating that I owned. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil. Add in the zucchini. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture. Pour into two greased loaf pans.

Sunday, April 15, 2012. I was craving lemon bars today. I found a super easy recipe on the Pillsbury site suggesting sugar cookie dough as the base. Please forgive the photos, they were taken with my phone as my camera was not with me. 1 tube of refrigerated sugar cookie dough (I used store brand). 4 eggs, lightly beaten. 1 1/2 cups white sugar. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened. 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel. 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice. 1 to 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Sure will try this!

We began eating spaghetti a while back when we were looking for ways to cut down on calories. We actually put the squash in the microwave. While I admit one of them did explode, this was a wonderful way to cook the squash. We chopped up zucchini to put in the dish. 2 green zucchini cut into cubes. 1 package of your favorite cheese. 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce.
