http://www.allergydiaries.com/2015/04/quinoa-milk.html
Allergy friendly, family friendly FOOD. A mom's meanderings through feeding a family with food allergies. Thursday, April 30, 2015. I have watched quinoa milk showing up in stores for quite awhile now, but always as a blend with other non-dairy milks. quinoa-rice, quinoa almond, never alone. We have not been able to sample any of the blends because they include things that are not tolerated in our house. Then, about two weeks ago: Ta-Da! My conclusion: I won't go out of my way to buy this milk. It mi...

http://completely-domesticated.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Just a place to link people when they ask for one of the 5 recipes I always pick from when I have to serve people outside my immediate family and a place to put up pictures of the things I make for posterity (i.e. before I give them away). Thursday, March 5, 2009. I hate to call this a "recipe," because it's incredibly simple, so we'll say these are "instructions.". 8226; 4 C nuts/seeds. 8226; 1-4 T oil*. 1 Put nuts in food processor. Journey With Nathan: 37%...
http://journeywithnathan.blogspot.com/2013/03/37.html
Monday, March 18, 2013. I talked to Dr. Williams tonight and Nathan's gastric emptying test showed that Nathan's stomach is emptying 37% in 90 minutes. A normal individual's stomach should empty at the rate of 50% in 90 minutes. So yes, he has gastroparesis. :o(. Unfortunately, there aren't many options other than taking medicines to treat gastroparesis. So Nathan will begin taking Erythromycin (a low dose antibiotic, grr! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). http://journeywithnathan.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Nathan had his third scope with biopsies done today and also go this PEG tube switched out to the AMT Mini One Balloon Button. He did great! Thanks to the many prayers being sent our way today! Dr Williams said that his esophagus looked good, so we are hopeful that the biopsies will second that. This will be excellent news which may mean that avoiding the top 8 allergens will allow Nathan to be symptom free! We are so excited about the AMT button! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Living, Loving, and Thriving with a Medically Complicated Child. Friday, April 3, 2015. Sometimes, so much time passes since I last wrote, I feel like I should have something monumental to say. But I don't, so I don't say anything at all, and then you don't hear anything from us until something awful happens. Nothing awful has happened. We're still here, taking things one day at a time and trying to keep it all in perspective when I think it's all too much. Hi, I'm checking in for my Awake Study? We chec...

Living, Loving, and Thriving with a Medically Complicated Child. Monday, February 16, 2015. Feeding Tube Awareness Week 2015. In a perfect world, I would have had a lovely post queued up every day last week, in honor of Feeding Tube Awareness Week. Didn't quite happen. Why is Aidan tube fed? Think a child can grow/thrive/develop on 120 calories per day? I don't. And he wasn't. What does this week mean to us? More than anything else, Feeding Tube Awareness Week means Getting the Word Out. I'll take this a...
