Another family favorite recipe my kids love! 1 - 2 bunches of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces. 1/4 cup red onion, chopped (optional if your kids don't like onion). 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar. Friday, June 22, 2012. Grilled Lime Chicken with Yummy Chipotle Sauce! I was inspired to cook this meal when I recieved my first farm share of the season! I paired the chicken with an easy fresh cole slaw! 9 boneless skinless chicken thighs. 1/2 cup plain yogurt. 1 lime, juiced. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper. 2 tsp chipotle sauce. Mix all ingredients in bowl or bag and marinade for 2 hours. You do not want to marinade to long when using yogurt as a base. When ready, grill till cooked!
