Wednesday, 12 November 2014. Hi Everyone this is the next layout I am sharing with you . I taught this background technique as a class at Shazz and Al's Retreat in July . I love this technique it is versatile and looks different very time I use it and it is so easy to do . I added a few strips of builders tape here and there .You can see in this pic on the left hand side I have used a ladies face stamp again . Monday, 12 August 2013. So I started by gluing down some strips of paper, then I painted gesso over the top of those strips . Next I glued on some random negatives from my chipboard images and painted gesso over them as well . I wanted to challenge myself a bit with this page . This paper rage lends its self easily to a boy page but could a produce a femine girly page with it . You be the judge. Wednesday, 26 June 2013. A new page I have completed of two of my beautiful granddaughters . I started by using impasto and a mask . I dried it off a little and them rubbed a bit of silver mica powder over it so its more subtle than texture paste . Than I layered some strips of paper down to look like ribbon . I added some lace.
