I can't do handstand in the middle of the room and that's okay. I can't balance on my head and that's okay too. I still can't fit in size 0 clothes and that's okay. Be yourself" means I need to stop comparing myself to others. We're all strong and beautiful in our own way. I love my thunder thighs, love handles, and T-Rex short arms.
