Andrew and Rinaldo making scones. Their initiative. I let them. I didn’t check anything they did because I was busy helping Massimo work on his backpack. Andrew read the recipes and did all, he just checked with me to make sure he got tbsp and tsp right. They were cute. Andrew thought Rinaldo how to roll and fold. Nov 27 Thanksgiving fun in the snow. It was very, very cold! At Thanksgiving we cooked what we like best and was the least amount of work 🙂 Quinoa, almond, buckwheat waffles, apple pie and enchiladas with a bucket of guacamole :).
