Dallas Arboretum – 08/22/15. Cruise Night Car Show – Aug 1. Mother Neff State Park – 08/08/2015. On: August 8, 2015. Our outdoor adventure today was to explore Mother Neff State Park to see if we could work out a new Volkmarching location for the Dallas Trekkers Walking Club. It was going to be a really hot day so we got there early. New Park Headquarters open 8:30-4:30. Bathrooms were open though. Looking back at car in parking lot. Heading out on park road. After 5 weeks of recovery from a fall that broke my hip, I am (by the Grace of God) once again able to travel (and walk with the aid of a cane) to take picture to Waymark locations of interest. Rockport was our first city to visit. International and Great Northern Railroad Depot circa 1906. Display inside the old depot. Caboose on display next to the depot.
