Moving to another country - so much to sort out, get rid of - Brians irrelevant scribblings. Blah, blah, blog. 01:08 pm August 25th, 2009. Moving to another country - so much to sort out, get rid of. Car: No go. Steering wheel is on wrong side, though in every other respect a 2-door RAV4 would be a completely reasonable car in New Zealand. Could be imported "temporarily" for a year (at great expense), and would then need to be shipped elsewhere or crushed. Computer stuff: Most of it supports 240v/50Hz, h...

WTF? That's a Honda? - Brian's irrelevant scribblings
http://sinnabor.livejournal.com/224743.html
Blah, blah, blog. 10:42 pm June 10th, 2009. That's what it looks like from the factory. Yes, it is that. Ugly when you buy it. But, the thing is, if you actually wanted. Some ugly exotic cruiser, you'd be buying a chopped Harley with custom paint and functionless exhaust pipes for $40k. People buy Hondas because they're well-designed, reliable, and cheap. values not associated with the the custom-chopper crowd. Or Leave a comment. Thread started by Matthew Keller. August 17th, 2009 - Brians irrelevant scribblings. Blah, blah, blog. 11:27 am August 17th, 2009. OMG, I'm moving to New Zealand. Just called the New Zealand Consulate General to ask what was up with my work visa application. See, it's been a month and three days since it was delivered, and they say it normally takes 15 business days. As I haven't heard anything at all - not even a request for more evidence - I was starting to become concerned. The conversation was surprisingly brief:. Me: "Oh, uh, thanks!

The last time I did the mermaid outfit, some asshole kept grabbing at them, and my crotch! June 30th, 2009 04:09 am (UTC). Oh, that sounds hilarious.

My new router is XTREME! Blah, blah, blog. 11:55 pm June 1st, 2009. My new router is XTREME! Spent hours doing research last week, and finally ordered a new wireless router: The D-link DIR-825. It showed up this afternoon. Squee! After lobotomizing my ghastly old Actiontec GT704-WG into a dumb DSL modem and making it the DIR-825's bitch, things are going swimmingly. 802.11n doesn't seem to have the amazing range that it's supposed to, but bandwidth is a lot better than 802.11g. Blah, blah, blog. 01:28 pm December 31st, 2005. Coincidence, happenstance, or enemy action? I hopped into the MINI Thursday afternoon to run an errand. I pop in the key, turn it to Start, and all the lights go out at once. The cute little car is silent and dead. More troubleshooting fun with the Least Reliable Small Car of 2002. Brian R. Smith.
