Furness Abbey Fellowship
Tuesday, 29 October 2013. Leeann Herbert Secretary and Gill Jepson Chairman attended the annual Awards evening for the Keswick to Barrow Walk last night. It was a fantastic night and they came home with a cheque donation for £3000 for the crosier cabinet appeal! The funds raised were from the 40 mile walk held every May and in 2014 there will be a team of 12 entering the shorter 23 mile Coniston to Barrow Walk. A big thanks to Keswick to Barrow Walk committee and all the walkers who raised the money!
