禮拜一收到料之後因為印出來X與Y的比例有問題，例如印10x10方塊會變成9x10，所以又只好再度研究是什麼問題，參考很多文章後和FB網友李派克說明後，最重要的其實是確定x與y的行程等比例接著再進行三點校正即可，以下我也把步驟整理出來，參考最關鍵的文章是日本人的以及FB網友李派克和Marlin的code。 將噴頭移動到 X 80 -80與Y 80 -80做記號（可用gcode，G1 X80 F2000以此類推去移動）. 量測X兩點的長度與Y兩點的長度相加除以2（假設X = 155mm , Y = 163.6mm , L = (X Y)/2 = 159.3）。 將L減去DELTA EFFECTOR OFFSET（假設32）與DELTA CARRIAGE OFFSET（假設25）得到102.3，接著將 ( 102.3 / 15.93) x 16)得到新的L(102.7)。 將新的L加上DELTA EFFECTOR OFFSET與DELTA CARRIAGE OFFSET得到159.7。 將1597寫入DELTA SMOOTH ROD OFFSET後更新至Controller。 確認幾個機身的參數尺寸輸入無誤&...

上禮拜在FB社團看到一個很酷的project = ArduTester – Arduino Component Tester. 65292;然後就畫一個PVC1602 LCD的PCB板洗出來玩，這個project用暴力測試的方式測出所有狀況，所以你的電子元件任意插在測試口都能測出來，最主要他還可以測電容跟二極體我認為這部分很讚！ 左上的SMD原件是兩個1206的104p陶瓷電容跟AMS1117 or LM 5V的線性穩壓器，JP3 左邊為pin 1，LCD使用 PVC160203P，JP2 左邊開始為 TX RX DTR VCC GND，JP1 就是Analog測點。 Ardutester.ino v0.7f. Arduino - 使用H Bridge控制直流馬達（L293D）. 關於使用MCU去控制大電流之電動機都會用到放大電路，原因是一般MCU比如Arduino大約只有輸出20mA的電流，甚至現在講求低功耗的MCU只有8mA或更少，因此我們需要由兩個電晶體組成的電路「達靈頓電路」來做電流放大，一般可以買到封裝過的比如「TIP12X」系列，但這類電晶體並不能控制電流方向，換句話說使用這類電路電動機就只能往單一方向運動，如果要改變方向就必須要能改變電流流向，這時就要用到所謂「H Bridge」也就是俗稱的「H橋」電路。 可以發現其實H橋就是由四個電晶體組成，然後由MCU輸入到基極（Base）的電位決定電晶體集極（Collector）與射極（Emmiter）是否導通，可以把它想成一個電子式的開關。 市面上有已經將H橋電路封裝成IC的產品，比如本次實驗用的L293D就是將兩個H橋電路封裝成一個IC的產品，要注意的是MCU的供電與馬達的供電 建議要分開. 65292;才不會發生電流不穩定造成MCU當機的情況，另外就是要記得將MCU的電源接地腳與馬達電源的接地腳 共接！ Const int motor1a = 4;.

Kossel mini E3D-V6 堵料. 前陣子把這問題搞定後做一個總結，其實當初真的很蠢試了一大堆方法搞了一兩週結果發現根本是賣家的PLA料列印溫度要高達240度？！我確認過不是ABS但是也不知道為什麼他要這麼高溫才能融化，後來印時候偶爾還是會卡料，結果我把喉管換成有內襯鐵佛龍的喉管這個問題就解決了.就最後我覺得只要確定幾步就可以了。 確定進料長度正確（ex：進10mm就是進10mm如果少則，如只進9mm就將DEFAULT AXIS STEPS PER UNIT第四個數值乘上10/9重新寫入firmware即可）. 標籤： 3D Print. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). JLINK ARM-OB STM32F103C8T6 (DIP). 說來也蠢，之前就想做STM32的debugger，我慣用的是STLINK ST-UTIL ARM-GDB，所以習慣上我還是比較常用discovery上的STLINK/V2，前陣子在網路看到一個叫JLINK的東西以為也可以用ST-Tools，結果直到昨天做了才知道這只能用SEGGER-Tools XDDDDD，還好本來SMD版本要送去淘寶給人洗板不過做了DIP版就發現XD，但是其實也還不錯用拉只是我不習慣而已，將firmware由SWD寫進後用JLINK-Commander可以將firmware升級，要注意的是輸出入的電壓都是3.3v！ Schematic and Layout and Film. 標籤： Eagle PCB. MC34063 DC/DC - IV-18 Power Supply. 的主人說只要30v便可驅動，因此找了MC34063弄了一個實際測試輸入5v輸出可調整約20v-40v的DC/DC，只要將升壓後的電源接至VFD驅動IC如MAX6921的VBB就可以了。 Schematic and Layout and Film.

北上四次，聽了很多不同的聲音，330凱道見。 話說最近發現一本很有趣的書，主要講用FPGA實現白算盤Exception章節前的內容，可以當作白算盤的實作書，日本人總是出這樣有趣的書w. STM32 Remap and Linker Script.
