Metal Deck Composite Floor Systems. Permanent steel form eliminates the need for temporary forms. Slabs can span up to 28 feet. UL fire ratings of 1 or 2 hrs without drywall or spray-on fireproofing. 30% less concrete than traditional solid slabs. A monolithic-type construction which, when tied into the load-bearing walls, becomes a single unit of great strength. Slabs allow low floor-to-floor height, which keeps overall building height to a minimum while maximizing the usable interior height.
