It's cheap and can keep for a long time in the fridge. I like cabbage and always wonder why lots of people don't like it. You can have it as it is but I like spicy food. My Fusion Dukan Cookbook. Saturday, August 11, 2012. BEEF, VEGETABLES and TOFU SOUP. This soup is such an easy dish to make. I use Japanese Dashi stock powder for the clear soup. I sliced Chinese Radish into very thin pieces so they wouldn't take too long to cook. Add radish, a clove of crush garlic and Dashi stock powder into a pan with water. Bring to the boil.
