I used to carry around a 1 litre drink bottle and was constantly needing to refill it! Now, not so much. Do not drink enough water! Maybe half a litre a day, if that. My thoughts are that facilities for the elderly or for people with disabilities should allow pets, or at least have a resident four legged friend that has an abundance of love to give.
