Choices are primed also by how we perceive ourselves. The CEO made bad choices as defined by me. And being clear it’s subjective. He may feel otherwise. I don‘t need more information than what I read on Mark Susters post. Not wanting to let go of his CTO was a sign of something, something not quite right within the emotional structure of the team and therefor of the SartUp.
