I believe
http://blog.futureconstellations.de/i-believe-2
Being raised a catholic I had no problem believing that miracles could happen. When they didn’t happen there was always the explanation it’s “Gods will for me” . As a believer it sometimes seems as if Accepting, Hoping, Praying and Waiting is all one can do. Unless you choose to believe in other things too. For example, in the principles that Anne-Marie Imafidon. Suggested this last Saturday in her Keynote speech during the 2nd GeekGirlMeetup Tech Day Conference in Berlin. The GGM Tech Day Conference.

When it comes to business this is what I have learned from Germans.
http://blog.futureconstellations.de/when-it-comes-to-business-this-is-what-i-have-learned-from-germans
When it comes to business this is what I have learned from Germans. Germans emotional relation to their businesses. Is why Germany has been able to walk itself through the financial crisis that got Greeks on their knees and is about to break the backbone of the french. Weather they are owners, managers or bee workers, German all share a sense of common responsibility. Towards whom or what? Are entrepreneurs today doing their best? Is anybody taking responsibility for their markets? As I said before, doin...

“Work”. The word seems so outdated that it does not apply to what we seem to want to do for the rest of our lives.

8220;Work”. The word seems so outdated that it does not apply to what we seem to want to do for the rest of our lives. Do I want to Work, go to Work, Work for a Living, look for Work? Get Work Life balance? No, absolutely not. Am I working when cleaning the kitchen? Is creating data by feeding content on Facebook working? 8220;work makes (you) free” “Arbeit macht frei” *. To me that word enslaves me. I want if anything, to be Work as it is define in thermodynamics: energy in transit. The slogan is known ...

Where there’s no judgement, there’s no shame.
http://blog.futureconstellations.de/where-there-is-no-judgement-there-is-no-shame
Where there’s no judgement, there’s no shame. I had not yet closed my mouth to swallow when I was immediately beamed into the matrix of which Heidi Klum is one of the latests queens. I was armed with a pair of Jimmy Choos a Celine purse on my shoulder and a big fat wedding ring. 20 years later I had been turned into a Sisyphus. In a moment of clarity while being distracted by the pain of my stinging feet, I heard a voice. A voice that sounded like Odysseus. Just drop it -. I’ve been here for a little ove...

Stay Hungry, Stay Kind. In my meditation I was framing my questions wrong- I was asking: “what’s my purpose? 8221; – “what do I need to let go of? 8221; I had done those I think it’s important to do those. What’s my purpose? To be happy joyful and free- What do I need to let go of? I don’t want power, I don’t want riches, I don’t want fame. I want quality above all and everywhere in my life. I want Quality in all my affairs. Do I want to be liked? Do I want to be please? Do I want to be admired? More of ...

Merry Xmas everybody, I love you all and I hope you know it.
http://blog.futureconstellations.de/merry-xmas-everybody-i-love-you-all-and-i-hope-you-know-it
Merry Xmas everybody, I love you all and I hope you know it. This is going to be a very short post. Today it’s the 23rd of December and I still have many things to take care of before I celebrate xmas tomorrow with my brother and my 3 sons (at a Chinese restaurant, I didn’t want to cook and they din’t want to set the table or clean up.) In any case. We are usually better than we let ourselves believe and not so exceptional as we would like to believe. Filed Under: it's this AND that. Is mother to three s...

Beware of what you call yourself, you might turn in to it.
http://blog.futureconstellations.de/beware-of-what-you-call-yourself-you-might-turn-in-to-it
Beware of what you call yourself, you might turn in to it. I had to put it my business on hold for a while. My job description needed to be revised and redefined; the clients had stopped coming in. Something had gone wrong and I needed to find out what. Clients came slowly but surely. Mostly, people I had met in previous contexts. People that knew what I was about. Still there were not enough clients to grow the business at the pace that I though it should. This was the truth, the whole truth and nothing...

Me, Myself and Him
http://blog.futureconstellations.de/me-myself-and-him
Me, Myself and Him. If Dior survived the loss Dior it will survive the loss of Galliano, Sundance the loss of Philip Seymour Hoffman and me the loss of my partner. Today after doing my 10 000 hours I have come to the conviction that Talent and Knowhow are Useless if you are not working with Reality. Reality is the context where a product develops and can grow by evolving and adapting to Reality. Is the state of things as they actually exist. Rather than as they may appear or might be imagined. I found a ...

Choices are primed_ also by how we perceive ourselves.
http://blog.futureconstellations.de/choices-are-primed_-also-by-how-we-perceive-ourselves
Choices are primed also by how we perceive ourselves. The CEO made bad choices as defined by me. And being clear it’s subjective. He may feel otherwise. I don‘t need more information than what I read on Mark Susters post. Not wanting to let go of his CTO was a sign of something, something not quite right within the emotional structure of the team and therefor of the SartUp. Even if the CTO is now fired, the CEO still has the problem for which he needed his CTO palliative. Thanks for the suggestions!
