Since this is a TV blog, I figured Id start things out with something vaguely TV-ish, and so Ive chosen this inaugural post to introduce The 1st Annual Fuzzy Awards. What are these Fuzzy Awards, you ask? Why, they are a complete mental fabrication, of course! You see, I pretend to have given these made-up awards to all the TV shows I watched last year. I call these awards Fuzzys. Took home the Fuzzy Award for Favorite New Comedy.

The Saltwater Silver Dollar. June 27, 2010. This is one of if not the best recipes I’ve made from Grouper. Surprisingly, it relies on two ingredients most would never expect in a recipe for fish: Cheese and Mayonnaise. But, believe me when I say I almost fell out of my chair when I tasted it. PERFECTION! This recipe would also work for Snapper, Dorado, or Redfish. But really try to stick with Grouper if at all possible. 1 Tbsp Butter or Olive Oil. 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese. 1 lemon, halved.
