Furness Vale Country Dance Club. We are very fortunate to have experienced Callers within our Club who 'Call' the dances. The photo shows (from left to write): Graham, Christine, John, Val, John, Rosemary and Alison. Helen and Keith also 'Call' regularly and we hope to show their photos soon. We also have members who are prepared to 'Call' a dance or two occasionally. In fact our meeting in April is for 'Have-a-go' Club Callers - watch this space. Community Web Kit provided free by BT.

Furness Vale Country Dance Club. We meet at St John’s Church Hall in Furness Vale. St John’s Church, Furness Vale, is on the A6 between New Mills and Whaley Bridge. The church is set back from the road, but there is a pedestrian refuge in the centre of the road and a bus stop almost opposite the church which serve as landmarks. There is roadside parking. 3/4 of a mile from the traffic lights at A6 Newtown / New Mills junction, the church is on the right-hand side. The postcode is SK23 7PX.

Furness Vale Country Dance Club. Welcome to Furness Vale Country Dance Club. We are a friendly club which meets once a month to dance gentle country dances to beautiful music. There is a Caller for each dance so no experience is needed - just come along and join in. We often change partners between dances so it is not necessary to come with a partner. Beginners are always welcome. The cost is £2 per person and this includes tea and biscuits. To find out more, click on one of the menu items on the left.
