Sharpie The Gamer: Motion Controls
http://sharpiethegamer.blogspot.com/2009/05/motion-controls.html
Wednesday, May 13, 2009. Since the epic launch of the Nintendo Wii all the way back in December 2006, Motion control has become a very disputed issue in the gaming industry. The Wii has become the platform to beat this generation and it has left its competitors in the dust with a whopping 50 million consoles sold as of this post. Motion control and the Wii's unique controller have certainly played a massive hand in making this possible. Hit the jump to continue. The problem is, there are always constant ...

http://fusionvg.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 22, 2009. Here's a secret project I've been working on for a while:. A SNES from my collection, customised for MyWii.com.au! Guyver was great and organised a competition to give this SNES away to one very special member of the MyWii community. You can see my photos and notes of the build. Is the link to the actual competition. I had heaps of fun doing this and might do it again in the future. Friday, February 6, 2009. Recovering Windows Files with Ubuntu Live CD. FUSION Video Gaming: December 2008
http://fusionvg.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 4, 2008. I've just written up a guide for making backups of your Wii games and also how to play them on your Wii. without a modchip! It is quite simple, just follow the steps and you should be kickin! This is great for us collectors for preserving original titles! Please don't use this for piracy, I wrote the guide because the Wii's slot loading DVD drive is notorious for scratching discs. Only backup games you own, to preserve the originals, thankyou. Now here is the link!

Sharpie The Gamer: Abusing Downloadable Content
http://sharpiethegamer.blogspot.com/2009/03/abusing-downloadable-content.html
Saturday, March 14, 2009. In recent years video game developers and publishers have been able to provide us extensions to the games we all know and love thanks to the wonders of modern technology and the internet. This is known as Downloadable Content. (DLC). In theory DLC is a great way to extend and prolong the life of video games and believe me in many cases it is very effective and enjoyable. It's when big companies decide to abuse this ability is when Downloadable Content Suffers. That is just blata...

FUSION Video Gaming: July 2009
http://fusionvg.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 14, 2009. I have been tossing this up for a while and have now come to a decision to discontinue the Wii and DS homebrew section of FUSIONhomebrew. The homebrew guides and articles will be archived and the site will be taking a more retro focus. I will certainly enjoy putting Linux on an Xbox and should document it if I ever do it. In the next few months I hope the site will have a more tidy look and may even feature a menu! This game is excellent fun to play with mates.
