The Pitter Patter of Little Feet: February 2010
http://gabeandryan.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 17, 2010. We had quite a Valentine's Day! I should start with the day before when we took Ryan to the urgent care because he was complaining of his ears hurting. He ended up having a double ear infection and strep throat! So I figured we probably wouldn't go anywhere for Valentine's day. Which really doesn't bother me since I don't like fighting the crowds. (I know, I sound like such an old lady! After that it was a pretty lazy day, which I love! That night Matt made us a great dinner...

Thursday, May 27, 2010. Ryan's Last Day of School. These are just a couple pictures from Ryan's last day of school. It's amazing how far he's come this year! He had two wonderful teachers, Mrs. Sheri and Mrs. Jenny. We are going to miss them so much! We just learned that Mrs. Jenny had her little boy, Miles, today! Congratulations Mrs. Jenny and family! This was the best picture I could get of them on the last day of school. They were both ready to go! Ryan holding the massive hail. Monday, May 24, 2010.
The Pitter Patter of Little Feet: September 2009
http://gabeandryan.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 22, 2009. A sad first day of school. Going to school today! Aren't these pictures sad? Ryan and his friend Remi.he wouldn't even smile for her. Gabe wanted to wave a flag "like they do at the OU games". So he went to his room and found a Thunder flag we got at a basketball game last year. And then he came up with this silly idea to stick it in his helmet. It was pretty funny. So we take one kid to the game and the other two stay with Meme and Papa. (They're the greatest! Sitting down f...
The Pitter Patter of Little Feet: July 2012
http://gabeandryan.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 16, 2012. I'm so glad I was able to do it with Kari! Can't wait to do it again! We haven't had much rain this summer. So when it rained last week we took advantage! I had seen some on Pinterest. No thunder or lightening and it was nice and warm! So I busted out the camera and took some pictures (of course) while the kids were playing! They were drenched when it was all said and done! I love days like this! Monday, July 9, 2012. Stranded at the Drive In. Isn't that the best? Happy 4th of July!
The Pitter Patter of Little Feet: January 2010
http://gabeandryan.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 31, 2010. Gabe's 6th birthday will be a memorable one. The impending ice storm had moved in and schools were cancelled. We were stuck inside. So I decided to make it the best day I could. This is our day in pictures. We started out the day with a game of Twister. Gabe and I were all twisted up. Let me just say that game is not as easy as it used to be. Kate really wanted to play operation next. After some games Gabe and I made his birthday cake. We decided to make an Oreo cake. Kate got h...

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference. Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Unbeknownst to me, he was putting the money he spent each week on cigarettes into an envelope. In February, when we celebrated our tenth anniversary, Craig told me about the envelope and that he was saving the money for the two of us to go on a trip! A few weeks later, we went to a travel agent and booked a trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico! In front of the resort.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference. Friday, July 30, 2010. July - it's been hot and it's been busy. Later in the afternoon Craig cooked hamburgers and hot dogs and we enjoyed having his family here as well of some dear friends who have made being at our house on the 4th their tradition! Our traditional picture in our old navy flag shirts. Getting ready to watch fireworks. Killing time and comparing shoe size. We had Fletcher'...

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference. Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Well, July was busy and I'm looking forward to a little bit of a lull before school starts! Last week Fletcher finished summer school, he was weepy each day and didn't get a whole lot of work done. But eventually we managed to get a little work out of him. I'm so proud of him. Fletcher did an amazing job sorting and putting together his alphabet book! Well, we just f...

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference. Sunday, November 6, 2011. Busy times here at Casa Burns. Last Sunday I took Kayleigh to Bricktown with her cousin, Meggy and our favorite photographer, Sherry Lynch. Sherry took Kayleigh's senior pictures. I can only imagine that she took about 300 or more pictures. Kayleigh is so photogenic it's going to be hard to choose the ones we want! A nice walk on a Sunday afternoon! Last Friday nig...

The Pitter Patter of Little Feet
Sunday, September 16, 2012. I couldn't go all the way to the beach without trying to get some good shots of my cute kids! Here are some of the pictures we took one night. We took our family vacation to Destin, FL this year. We try to make it to Florida on a regular basis but it had been a couple years since we'd been. The last time we went the kids looked like this. They were so good! As we headed into Florida over the bridge we went straight into a huge thunderstorm! The rain stopped just enough for us ...

Two in a Million. Two who found one love thats true. I'm not sure where to begin with this post. I fear that those of you who read this will not really understand because you might not have been around for these events.but it's all good. What you WILL understand is that God is truly good. That His plan is perfect and that He continues to use things throughout our lives that will continually blow our minds. The changes I saw changed my.
