The Gables Residential Home - Fees

From 1st December 2014 fees payable are £450.00 for Bedroom with en suite per week, Bedrooms without en suite £430.00 per week, payable four weeks in advance. We would prefer payments to be made by a four weekly direct debit or by cheque made payable to The Gables Residential Home; cash payments will also be acceptable. Fees for less than one week will be calculated at a daily rate of 1 / 7th of the weekly rate. Fees are reviewed in October. In some instances there may be a need to do interim reviews.

The home has 28 rooms – single, all meet with current standards. There are 19 rooms upstairs, 11 of which are en-suite, and 9 rooms downstairs, 5 of which are en-suite. Residents are accepted for long term respite care and day care. All bedrooms are attractively furnished and residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms should they so wish. All rooms have TV points. There is a resident’s payphone and residents may have their own personal telephone line installed at their own expense.
