A truly great recipe, on many levels. 1/2 head of green cabbage (sliced in lenght). 1 lagre onion, chopped. 2 tablespoons of cracked wheat (bulgur) (=trigo de kibe). 1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot Chili powder or Cayenne pepper. 5-7 teaspoons olive oil.
