香港的夏季濕濕熱熱，依稀記得10年前一次希臘的夏日之旅，烈日下40多度的酷熱氣温但感覺依然乾爽，在對希臘的記憶早已是變得蕪糊而不具實感時，想不到上周在灣仔會展舉行的亞太區國際葡萄酒及烈酒展覽會（Vinexpo Asia Pacific）中品嚐到來自希臘的葡萄酒讓我尋回記憶深處的那份屬於地中海的熱情而清爽的風味，帶來不一樣的味覺衝擊。 到場當日剛好遇到亞洲待酒及教育中心（AWSEC）組織了一次簡短但具啟發的希臘葡萄酒之旅，為展覽會其中一部份集合了十多個希臘優質酒莊的重點出品逐一介绍。 在愛琴海遠望小島Santorin上那片藍色屋頂的白色小屋，或者會怱略了緩緩的山坡由火山灰等沉積礦物質組成的獨特土壤上， Sigalas. 酒莊種植希臘獨有的Assyrtiko葡萄，釀造出名為Santorini的白葡萄酒，它的酸度很高，味道清爽但濃厚，檸檬、點點海洋的咸味與泥土的礦物味遺留在喉頭間好一陣子不散。 回到希臘其中一個重要的產酒區，在北部的Naoussa， Kir-Yianni. 酒莊以Viano葡萄釀造的白酒，在地中海中希臘的最大島Crete上，這款稱為Dafnios的白酒溢出似在花叢中...Wine A to Z].
