I have to go back to 12th June when my daughter-in-law gave birth to my 9th granddaughter, Saoirse…and then 5 days later my youngest daughter produced another granddaughter, Leah…. Eindelijk. zien we je weer. Zondag 3 februari 2013. Ik zit eerste rang. Salem heeft het schilderij gisteren gegeven. En men vond het prachtig. Ik ben helemaal opgelucht. Salem is nog in Cairo. Het feest was geweldig. Ik had rustig mee kunnen gaan. Maar ja, dat is achteraf praten. En de onrust die er heerst.

Aan de ene kant is het jammer. Aan de andere kant betekent het dat ik thuis raak. Omdat het nu een stuk warmer is.
