Monday, August 16, 2010. The moms that I met in yoga while pregnant are still very much a part of our life. Things have slowed down this summer with everyone’s busy schedules, but we have still managed a couple play dates. Here are some pics with Isaiah’s friends Suvi and Leona. Monday, June 7, 2010. My Best Friend's wedding. My best friend from Jr. High got married over Memorial Day weekend. They rented the Audobon Center, an owl rescue center about an hour south of Duluth. It was a beautiful weekend with wonderful weather. The wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Such a blessing to be around such wonderful, cool people for an entire weekend! There are a few things that I have not been willing to give up as a parent: Dave Matthews Band concerts, Monday night yoga class, and triathlons (I’m sure there are more things, but these seem to have dominated my time lately). It was an amazing set list and we had a great time as always! This was our eleventh trip out there since 1999, and I am already excited for next year! One week later I participated in the Lifetime Triathlon at Lake Nokomis.
