Which brings me to:. 2) 10 weeks doesn't seem like a long time to train for something.but boy was I wrong! 4) Go poop before every long run. Trust me on this one. And if you can...6) It...

Tuesday, May 15, 2012. I hesitate to even write this post - because I am not doing it to get nods of approval or congratulations. I also don't want to offend anyone. I just feel that with all the news about obesity and its staggering statistics/projections in the news recently ( here. Something needs to be said. Do you know what models eat? Celery and lettuce. Champagne and cigarettes. How in the world is that healthy? I've got another very good friend that has lost 30 pounds with Weight Watchers! He won...

Family Times: SNOW!!!
http://modelmommy.blogspot.com/2014/01/snow.html
Monday, January 27, 2014. One of my bucket list items for before I turn 40. Idea of what snow is. So over the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend, we flew up to North Carolina hoping to see snow. On Friday, we took a direct flight into Charlotte, and drove two hours to Asheville. Watching the weather, we were hopeful that we would even see snow that first night. And we did! Saturday morning we woke up to snow! Although.only a light dusting. Nothing that really got the kids excited. Snow bunny, Kendall.
