Finding joy along the way. Friday, February 27, 2015. Happy Birthday Emma and Wyatt. The twins birthday started out with birthday German pancakes and a facetime call from grandma. Friday, October 31, 2014. Oh how we love dressing up for Halloween. It's fun to come up with costumes and for some reason I just love homemade costumes for myself. This year I saw a picture of a leg lamp and couldn't wait to do it. After spending time and money buying all the supplies to make my own lamp shade Todd found one that was perfect in our storage room. So I wasn't up all night crafting :). Luke dressed up as Star Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy. Tayson was a skeleton. The Love of my life.

Amy celebrated her 37th birthday today, and as always, she managed to have the celebration last all day, including birthday pancakes, a relaxing pedicure, dinner at one of her favorites, Fuddruckers, and cake and presents. Finding joy along the way. Friday, July 31, 2015. I (heart) the Beach. Amy made good on her promise to herself and made it to the beach almost every week. And I loved spending the time with them there. We even made it while Todd was here visiting grandma! Finding joy along the way. Friday, July 17, 2015. All I can say is "EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! Everything is made of legos. To get to the rooms, you had to take the elevator up. Now, this is like no other elevator I've ever been in. When the doors open, it sings "everything is awesome", and as the doors close, the disco ball starts in and some funky dance music plays. We had some fun dance sessions going from floor to floor! We stayed on the Pirate floor in a junior suite. And let me say, it was SWEET! Annie...
