Piney Woods & Prairie Winds: Back to Normal
http://pineyprairie.blogspot.com/2014/12/back-to-normal.html
Sunday, December 28, 2014. My research has sat dormant for more than 5 years while I waited for things to get "back to normal". I've since realized that isn't possible. With each life event "normal" takes on a new look. I've decided that I need to schedule time for my blogging and genealogy research. It is still overwhelming when I think about it as a whole. so, I won't. I hope you'll stop by in 2015. Paper files in our basement storm room. Find all the details here: Genealogy Do-Over.

Chugging Along . . .Photos and Thoughts by Bonnie Martin. Friday, April 10, 2015. 10 on 10: Spring Break. The end of March is always our "spring break" and our annual trip to Grayton Beach in the Florida Panhandle. Grayton Beach is about a 13 hours by car from Central Indiana, so although it's a long trip, it is driveable. We have been going there since our oldest has been in school and has gotten a week long spring break at the end of March. Grayton Beach State Park. Eden Gardens State Park. Awesome Inc...

Chugging Along . . .Photos and Thoughts by Bonnie Martin. Sunday, March 15, 2015. 10 on 10: Maple Syrup Festival. Whenever I am planning to go somewhere on a trip, I have ideas in my head about how it will go (or mostly when. I knew how to get to Salem; that was easy. And towns in Southern Indiana, well, most of them are not that big, and when there are festivals in these towns, well, typically they are a big deal. I figured there would be signs. Usually, there are signs. Labels: 10 on 10. 10 on 10: Mapl...

Chugging Along . . .Photos and Thoughts by Bonnie Martin. Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Texture Tuesday; Snow Edition. This winter in central Indiana has been quite a snowy one so far. We had one snow storm that left behind about a foot of snow. Now, having grown up in New York State, I know that is not really. Anyway, I know that snow and cold is not for everyone, but it suits me just fine. I think that it makes everything look so much better in winter. The photo above was textured with Kim's '1216' texture.

Chugging Along . . .Photos and Thoughts by Bonnie Martin. Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Texture Tuesday- Still Edition. For this week's Texture Tuesday, I have a couple of heavily textured dried hydrangea. I love hydrangea when they are fresh and new as well, but I tend to prefer when then are withered and dry. I don't know why that is, but it just is. On the top picture, I used Kim's 'Simple' and for the bottom one I used a couple of layers of Kim's 'rest-magic'. Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
