Wednesday, 25 November 2009. Normal service has resumed . Funny that since I wrote this quite depressing post I have picked myself up again and feel much better about everything now. Writing things down is very liberating and helps me to put everything into perspective again . :). I have changed my weigh in day to Tuesday so that feels quite different too! I used to be Fridays. Tuesday, 5 January 2010. Back on track officially! Today I am officially back on the wagon. I thought I was doing so well untill after my dinner. I stuck to my planned food and the little demon popped his head and I finishe a whole packet of biscuits "petit beurres". I couldn't stop eating them. Well at least they are finished now. Today is my weigh in day so I can now start properly again! So then I thought well why not! It is not officially confirmed but I hope it will! They do work wonders too :-) x.

Thursday, 31 December 2009. After a break of blogging decided to start again. I can't realise it is almost a month ago since my last post. Friday, 30 October 2009. Had a very busy day at work today. It always seems that Friday is the busiest day of all. And that is the one day that I just want to wind down and be ready for the w-e! Tuesday, 19 January 2010. Weigh in today … and what a nice surprise it was! I lost 1.7 kg this week. I couldn’t believe as I normally never lose that much in one week. Tuesday, 30 June 2009. My big holiday is at the end of September. I want to lose 8 kg by then and have 12 weeks to do it. It might be a lot but I want to put my goal high. So I will make extra effort to exercise and eat healthy. Right now I exercise 5 times a week. And I want to keep that up as it is very achievable for me right now. Monday, 4 January 2010. 1st day back at work. 1st day back at work in 2010 and my word it is so hard to get back into the swing of things!
