Ciò che l'artista ci propone sono rappresentazioni di figure simili a pupazzi di pezza con lunghissimi colli in cima ai quali spuntano piccoli volti, alcune volte dall'espressione incantata, in altre invece, l'espressione è ieratica ed aggressiva e i corpi sempre esagerati e assolutamente improbabili. In this cycle contours are deep and incised, and colour is confined and bounded by distinct furrows, but within these spaces colours fade into one another and almost by magic change. Nato a San Lorenzo in Campo (Pu) nel 1935, dopo una formazione internazionale, Paolo Da San Lorenzo, ritornerà nella sua terra di origine.Dopo le prime collettive in molte città italiane si trasferisce a Parigi dove inizia cosi il suo cammino pittorico Post-Cubismo. Nel 1962 torna in Italia, dove continua a farsi conoscere tramite mostre personali in varie città Italiane. Nel 1995 riceve a Melbourne il premio alla carriera Art e Works e dal 1998 viene inserito nell’annuario Acca in Arte.

In 1986 he again exhibited abroad, and represented by Galleria Palma Arte, his work was shown in Tahiti, Australia, and several European cities including Stockholm, Nice, Paris, Dijon and Rouen. In 1995 he received the Art and Works lifetime achievement award, and since 1998 he has been included in the Acca in Arte Yearbook.
