Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Water Color Painting of a Rose. Recently I tried my hand on watercolors. I thought it's easy. But it's not so. First I got the papers for the watercolor painting - cold pressed, 300gsm. Then I draw a. With pine trees on it. Drawing is good. I started painting. When the water is more in the brush, it dripped all along the painting. I have to take it with a soft cloth. Differences between oil and watercolor. Overdoing of watercolor will tear your paper a little. Links to this post.

Then I change it to another one by just washing the whole thing over with other media.acrylic over oil - because I got tired of that medium (oil). S. Next I chose the Mother and child looking into the Mirror doing some makeup after bath. The child stands near the edge of the table closely to its mother. I love that posture.
